New Years Eve 2024

Prices are $895pp, no children under 3 and strictly no prams

Canapes to start:

1. Roast pumpkin, Spanish onion and fetta tartlets (V)
2. Assorted sushi and nigiri (V, GF)
3. Freshly shucked Sydney Rock Oysters with Pomegranate Vinaigrette (GF)
4. Peking duck crepes
5. Rare roast beef with horseradish cream and balsamic beetroot relish
6. Tempura prawns with fresh chilli and soy dipping sauce

Buffet served from 8.00pm – 9.30pm:

1. Baked ham with a cranberry and balsamic glaze freshly carved and served with mustards and relishes (GF)
2. Chargrilled Corn fed chicken breast with lemon mustard sauce (GF)
3. Fresh Australian Tiger prawns with seafood sauce and lemon wedges (GF)
4. Chef Ben’s homemade vegetable curry with Jasmine rice (V, GF)
5. Roast chat potatoes with butter and chives (V, GF)
6. Rocket salad, pear and parmesan, white balsamic vinaigrette (V, GF)
7. Vietnamese glass noodle salad with Asian vegetables (V)

Additional Canapes:

1. Zucchini flowers with ricotta and tomato relish (V)
2. Sweet potato and manchego cheese empanadas (V)
3. Lamb koftas with tzatziki

Although we can take 240 guests, tickets are limited

There is no reserved seating, there will be tables, however this is a cocktail style event

We have always participated in the Harbour of Light Parade and intend to do so again this year

Entertainment – DJ playing mix of retro 80's, 90's – 2024 top hits to suit the ambiance onboard the boat
