Yes! You can use Cluxy to host free events for free. We don’t charge our users who wants to host their free events on our platform.

You can host virtually any type of events on Cluxy ranging from music concerts, comedy shows, wedding parties, birthday parties, corporate events and lots more. Our platform is limitless when it comes to events.

Selling Tickets on Cluxy is simple and easy. Once you have created your events and add your ticket details. Our system will generate an event page for you where people can book your events, buy tickets, buy other items with easy-to-use payment method.

To use Cluxy is free for everyone who is hosting and attending free events. You don’t have to pay. But if you’re hosting a paid event or selling other items/uniforms, there's a service charge. Visit Our Pricing Page. 

Organizers who sells Tickets gets their sales money after 72hours each user makes payment. For instance, all ticket sales that you made today will arrive your bank account in 72hours

We’ve made it easier for Organizers to confirm tickets presented by people at the venue of their events. All tickets have a unique reference number which are always available on organizers dashboard. Meanwhile, our ticket scanning system helps to make ticket confirmation easy. Just use your phone camera to scan the barcode on the ticket and you’d have all the information on the ticket pulled out.

FAQ for Referrals

To begin earning, log in to your account and navigate to the 'Referral/Reward' page. There, you can see your unique referral link or note down your referral code. Share this link with friends, family, or your network, inviting them to join our platform. Once they sign up or engage in revenue-generating activities, you'll start earning commissions.

There are three main types of commissions you can earn:

Sign-Up Commission: Earn a fixed amount when a new user signs up using your referral link.

First Event Commission: Receive a commission when the referred user posts their first paid event on the platform.

Sales Commission: Earn a percentage of every paid ticket sale made by users you referred, for life. Please note that commissions do not apply to free ticket sales.

You can easily track your earnings through your referral dashboard, where you can view your earnings and withdrawal status. Once your earnings reach the minimum withdrawal amount of N500 and you have eligible commissions, you can request a withdrawal from the 'Referral/Reward' page. Ensure that your contact address and bank details are up to date before requesting a withdrawal.

Commissions eligible for withdrawal are generated only from paid events and sales of tickets or uniforms. Therefore, you will not earn commissions from users who only engage in activities that do not generate revenue.

Commissions are credited to your account within 24 hours of the action that triggers them, such as a sign-up, first event posting, or ticket sale. However, withdrawal eligibility may depend on additional criteria, such as meeting the minimum withdrawal amount and having at least one referred user make a paid sale. Ensure you meet these criteria before requesting a withdrawal.
