If you no longer want to sell a ticket or the ticket is no longer available for sale, you can use the "Mark as Sold Out" option. Similarly, if you decide to make a previously sold-out ticket available again, you can use the "Mark as Available for Sale" option.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Login to Your Organizer Dashboard
- On Mobile/App:
- Click on the right menu and locate the "My Event Tickets" button.
- On PC:
- Look for the "My Event Tickets" button in the top right header of your dashboard.
2. Access Your Event Tickets
- Click on "My Event Tickets" to open the page displaying all tickets associated with your live events.
3. Change the Ticket Status
- Locate the Ticket:
- Find the ticket you want to mark as sold out or make available for sale.
- Open Management Options:
- Click on the gear icon (⚙️) next to the ticket to open the management menu.
4. Change the Status
- Mark Ticket as Sold Out:
- If the ticket is currently available for sale, you will see the "Mark as Sold Out" option in the menu.
- Click on it, and a confirmation prompt will appear. Click OK to confirm your action.
- Mark Ticket as Available for Sale:
- If the ticket has already been marked as sold out or is unavailable, you will see the "Mark as Available for Sale" option in the menu.
- Click on it, and a confirmation prompt will appear. Click OK to confirm your action.
Important Notes
- Once you mark a ticket as "Sold Out," users will no longer be able to purchase it.
- You can revert the status at any time by following the same steps and selecting "Mark as Available for Sale".
